Alves and Al-Sadd won against Al-Ahli

Alves' new club Al-Sadd won a comfortable 3-0 win over Al-Ahli in the second round of the Qatarian league.

Al-Sadd scored an early goal, and this proved to be important, since Al-Sadd never lost control after the opening goal.

With a comfortable 3-0 victory Al-Sadd is still number one in the league with 6 points for two games.
